Led the redesign of enterprise sales workflows by analyzing end-to-end representative journeys and identifying decision bottlenecks that caused backtracking and delays. Re-architected the flow to surface downstream steps and constraints earlier, helping representatives anticipate next actions and make informed decisions with greater confidence. UI/UX Design - Lead Designer for Ship Performance software and Performance dashboards for leading Shipping companies. Observed the tasks performed by naval officers and redesigned the dashboards for better usability.
Industrial Design - Built a portfolio of 10+ yachts/boats in a year, understood client needs and creating a unique experience at a lower price than international competitors. Worked as a Project manager to bridge the gap between the Marketing team & Naval architects for client meetings, designing marketing content, etc. Managed the tasks assigned to each team for timely completion of projects.

System Design - Successfully designed and deployed an Special purpose machine to increase the efficiency of workers on the shop floor by observing the day-to-day tasks performed by the workers and their interactions with machines.
The redesigned system reduced the time consumed for performing a task by 6 hours and decreased the number of people required to do the job from 8, down to 3.

‘Pashyantu’ - A Mobile Eye Diagnostic Van
System design - Responsible for decreasing the learning curve and improving the UX of the stakeholders(technicians). This was achieved this by developing a fail-safe system in which the Ophthalmic Devices had to be transferred in a certain way, which reduced the chances of mishaps.
Industrial Design - Researched and designed ergonomic Carrying cases for sensitive ophthalmic equipment and ease of access of the same.
Humanistic Co-design for Visually impaired - Organized an inclusive workshop for Visually impaired and ideated and designed products for them in association with MIT(US) and LVPEI.
